PsOky Books is a private internal accounting tool used by Psoriasis & Eczema Centers of Kentucky PLLC (“the clinic”) to connect to the clinic’s QuickBooks Online company file.
This app is not listed on the Intuit App Store and is not offered to the public.
PsOky Books accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data for the clinic only, including invoices, bills, bank transactions, and financial reports such as profit and loss, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Data is used solely to bookkeep for the clinic: drafting invoices, categorizing the bank feed, and running financial reports. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as required to operate QuickBooks Online through Intuit.
If a patient name appears as a customer name in QuickBooks, it is treated as protected health information. Those names are not copied into chat, email, or other tools unless the clinic owner expressly requests a named accounts-receivable list.
OAuth tokens and app credentials are stored securely and are not placed in chat transcripts. Access is limited to authorized clinic bookkeeping.
