This agreement covers PsOky Books, a private internal tool for Psoriasis & Eczema Centers of Kentucky PLLC.
PsOky Books may be used only by authorized clinic personnel to access the clinic’s QuickBooks Online company file. It may not be sublicensed, sold, or used for any other company, including IQAutos.
QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for PsOky Books.
The tool is provided as-is for internal bookkeeping. The clinic remains responsible for the accuracy of its books, for tax filings, and for any payments or customer emails sent from QuickBooks.
The clinic may disconnect the app in QuickBooks Online at any time. Disconnecting revokes API access.
